Biography
Known for his work ethic, tenacity and candour, Steven Droz CIRC acts with integrity and builds strong relationships. Prior to launching his firm in 2009, he held senior positions for leading organizations across a broad range of sectors.
- Vice President, Human Resources for SNC-Lavalin Inc., an engineering and construction company.
- Vice President & General Manager for Nelco Inc., a privately owned plumbing and heating wholesaler.
- Director, Human Resources and Manager, Labour Relations for Spar Aerospace Inc. / EMS Technologies Ltd., a satellite communications and radar imagery manufacturer.
- Manager, Industrial & Talent Relations for TVOntario, an educational and public affairs broadcaster.
Earlier in his career, Steven worked for McGill University and Scotiabank.
