We take the time required to establish a relationship with our clients and their key stakeholders in order to understand their businesses, the issues at hand and to build trust and confidence in one another from the outset.

We accept only those assignments where we are fully capable of performing and in so doing, we act with integrity and candour at all times.

We agree in writing regarding the services we will perform, the nature of our fees and expenses together with any supportive actions required from our clients. We engage additional resources from our network only with our clients’ prior consent.

We communicate with our clients on a regular basis so that the status of our work is known at all times. We are results oriented and deliver quality work on time and on budget in order to meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.

We safeguard our clients’ private information at all times.

We manage our affairs in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the Regulations pertaining to the Conciliation and Arbitration of the Accounts of Certified Human Resources and Industrial Relations Counselors of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals together with The Professional Code of Quebec.
